Some sizes of our models are offered on a pre-order basis.
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-ordered sizes are specially made to order. This allows us to offer you exclusive models and maintain our standards of quality and handcrafted production.
Estimated dispatch time
Pre-orders have an approximate manufacturing and dispatch time of 30 days from the purchase confirmation. In some cases, this period may extend up to 10 additional days, depending on import processes, logistics, or customs.
Exchanges and peace of mind when buying
We want you to buy with complete confidence:
- If, once you receive your order, you wish to change the size, you can do so.
- If you prefer to exchange it for another model available in stock, you can also.
- If, before your pre-order arrives, you wish to exchange it for another available model, our team will help you manage it without any problem.
