Exchange Policy

At Calzados Maryori López, we want you to love and enjoy your purchase. If you need to make an exchange for size, color, or model, please carefully review the following conditions:


1. Deadlines and availability

  • You have up to 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your purchase to request an exchange.

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

  • The original price paid for the product will always be honored.

  • Price differences: If you choose a higher-priced product, you must pay the corresponding difference to complete the exchange.


2. Shipping costs

  • The shipping costs associated with exchanges (size, color, or model) are the sole responsibility of the customer, both for shipping to us and for reshipping the new product.

  • If the exchange is made directly at a physical store, no shipping costs are incurred.


3. Product condition (very important)

For the exchange to be accepted, the product must strictly comply with the following conditions:

  • Be completely unused, in perfect condition, as it was sent.

  • Maintain its original box in excellent condition, without tears, stains, or labels or adhesive tapes directly on it.

  • The product must be properly protected to avoid damage.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.


4. How to request your exchange?

You can manage your exchange in the following ways:

  • In person, by going to any of our physical stores, presenting the product in the indicated conditions and within the established period.


Exchanges at a physical store

  • Products purchased online or in a physical store can be exchanged at any of our physical stores, provided they meet the described conditions.

  • Purchases made in physical stores only allow exchanges for other products.

  • No refunds are given for in-person or online purchases.
