Are the shoes made of natural or synthetic leather?
100% natural leather, inside and out. The upper (exterior) is selected natural leather and the inner lining is kidskin, which is also leather. No synthetics, no surprises.
How do I know if the leather is genuine?
Natural leather has a characteristic aroma, a texture with visible pores, and molds to the shape of the foot with use. If you have questions about a specific model, write to us and we will confirm the materials without any problem.
How do I choose my size?
We recommend measuring your foot at home: place your barefoot on a piece of paper with your heel against the wall and measure in centimeters to the longest toe. Then consult our Size Guide. If you are between two sizes, write to us on WhatsApp and we will guide you according to the model.
Can I buy online and change the size if it doesn't fit?
Yes. You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request an exchange. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Write to us on WhatsApp at +56 9 6432 9238 and we will coordinate everything.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, only exchanges for another available model or size. You can review our full Exchange Policy.
Do you ship to regions outside of Santiago?
Yes, we ship throughout Chile and worldwide. Once your order is confirmed, we will inform you of the estimated delivery time according to your region.
Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes. You can arrange pickup at any of our stores in Santiago. Write to us beforehand to confirm model availability.

Do you have stock of all models in physical stores?
Not always. We work with limited stock and some models may be available only online or only in store. We recommend writing to us before visiting to confirm availability.
What if the model I want is out of stock?
Write to us to inquire if there will be a restock. You can also subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when new models arrive.
Are some models pre-order?
Yes. Some sizes are made to order with an approximate lead time of 30 days from purchase confirmation. You can see more details on our Pre-order page.
How do I care for my leather sneakers or loafers?
- Clean with a soft damp cloth
- Apply nourishing leather cream every 4 to 6 weeks
- Air dry them, never with direct heat
- Store them in a dry and ventilated place
Can they be worn on rainy days?
Yes, but we recommend applying a leather waterproofing spray before first use for better protection.
Are they comfortable without socks?
Yes. The kidskin inner lining offers a soft, fresh, and breathable feel that allows them to be worn without socks all day.
